My girlfriend was randomly signed out of Pokemon Go and is no unable to sign in. She hasn't had to log in for a while so she wasn't sure if she had used Facebook or Gmail to login.

She said it was more likely to be Google but was unable to login with that account. When she tried Facebook it didn't work and she tried to login to Facebook as a new player on the off chance that would do something - instead it ended up creating a new account.

So right now I'm convinced there's a login issue with Gmail and she's contacted support. Is it likely they will be able to fix her issue? Or at least check which gmail account is tied to the game?

She's also concerned that if her original account was tied to her Facebook, she's accidentally deleted her original account by creating a new one (Is that even possible?)
