Weekly Questions Megathread

I asked support to change my mail addresses of my two coc accounts. For the first account there was no problem. But the second account has been blocked with reason that I violate the terms. There was no details which exact terms I had allegedly violated.

Further request in chat and mail I get every time the same answer:

Unfortunately, it seems that we have exhausted all possibilities to solve your problem, so we will have to close this conversation.

or

Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do about this.

I delivered information about last transactions or used phones. I don't understand the problem and I don't know where I can find help for my problem. The account exists since 4 years and I won't lose him. I'm desperate and feeling me helpless. What can I do?
