Has there been any fanfiction that fully explores the ramifications and implications of the Rotom Pokedex/Phone?

Stuff like how getting a poltergeist to teach(sometimes, very) young children about magical animals can end undesirably; or the issues that come with knowingly selling poltergeist-possessed technology - even it's an expected and integral part of the fictional world the characters live in? Hell, what issues would users of the tech face on a daily basis - or what if the user and poltergeist don't get along, ever?

Nintendo doesn't really explore the ramifications of the universes it creates, leaving it up to their fans (And I've only a passing familiarity of the mechanics of the game and have never actually played it!).
