Weekly r/audiophile Discussion #10: Why Do Objectivists Obsess Over Measurements That Have Barely Any Impact On Sound Quality?

Simple they wanna feel smart without being smart, Because ironically i see more misinfomation these days. I'm more objective side to honest.

There no hard proof that THD affects sound on tranducers. So its cute when ER4, Grado, most 2 ch speakers are shitted on for being 0.5 to 12% avg. I dunno how many times i've challenged this with some reply on par with someone refusing to ABX Lossy to flac?. I tuned out when ASR wen't even <0.2% is audible with like very small A/B tests as hard proof. lol

The biggest issue with charts is sighted bias which i find cute that even happens. Because when i did a ER4 thread on ASR while bored the whole thread was 2 users going on why the wouldn't touch the ER4XR because its 1% ignoring that at 90+ db?. Then even futher back one droning one how the ER4 i had, tried arguing how he could hear distortion that only shows at 90db which is 0.35% for bass area???.
