Weekly /r/Games Discussion - What have you been playing, and what do you think of it?

the legend of zelda ocarina of time 3d so many memories rushing back playing this game oh dear. i was a bit worried that the new animations of link was going to clunk down the responceivness of the game but it seems like the game is running the n64 version in the background and the things has nothing to do with the gameplay which means this game plays exactly like it should no small nagging issues everything is just right. would highly recomend as a way to play the classic.

world of warcraft started playing my paladin again and they are just as much to play as DPS as they were back in WotLK enjoying it a shit ton. my current goal is to level him up aswell as my death knight so i can have 5 level 100 characers to use inorder to just pump out money from the garrison since effectivly using a garrison takes around 5 minutes a day (you grab all the herbs and all the ore and then issue new missions to your followers and just bank in the money) it is among the best way to make money in the game with little effort if you where able to get 11 characters it would take around a week to get the gold inorder buy a month of free sub time if peoples guesses are to be correct.

gaming related mayflash 4 port wiiu adapter been reading up on the mayflash adapter for use in dolphin and the wiiu and what issue there might be since getting a orignal one from nintendo is impossible to get here in europe. after looking threw everywhere the sole issue the adapter has is that it can't calibrait the dead zone itself since nintendo has not given access to that function to people. so if you have shitty gamecube controllers where the joystick has started to give it is not going to work properly but over all the years i have played smash and other gamecube games i have only had one controller start to give after 4000-5000 hours of useage so it shouldn't be an issue.

even if the joystick would start to give you can allways buy new 3rd party sticks for a couple of bucks to fix the issue so for all uses the mayflash adapter will work flawlessly in the wiiu setting. (key thing if you are going to use it in dolphin keep it at the wiiu switch since then you get the 100% accurait sticks from the drivers the fine folks at dolphin has made while in PC settings it works like the 2 port version mayflash made which is just shitty) oh also don't get the adapter if you intend to use it with a mac or linux since there are not drivers for the adapter in wiiu mode then and the mayflash driver in pc setting on mac is just shit (as in only 1 port works shitty).
