Weekly r/Tattoos Question/FreeTalk Thread! - June 18, 2022

I was looking for help with a project, and the answers appear to be either having a temp tattoo printed by someone/myself or using stencils and body paint. It's essentially leopard/cheetah spots, but no inner colors, extending in a loose line/wave from head to feet. Ideally it would be a dark subdued blue, but I also like the idea of either "color changing" from darker blue to lighter blue, or using glow in the dark paint. I've seen people wearing color-shifting products on their skin before but can only seem to find paint for cars. As for temp tattoos, I'm unsure a color shift can be applied during printing. I have about 8 months to figure it out, and would greatly appreciate any input from those more experienced.
