yeah I found a way of making each one last a bit longer , why there's still some left; besides the obvious rinsing after each use, I steep the head in boiling water for 5-10 mins once a week, so there's no build up of germs. instead of the tradition 3 months , I get around 6-9 months ... maybe they are just built sturdier than average I don't know
