Weekly Scam Discussion- September 5th 2022

I know I’m getting scammed, help.

I bought a ps5 from this guy, his account looked trustworthy and everything but today I checked his account and it had a new review. “This seller is part of an organized group that use fake tracking numbers to decide buyers. I have reported this to ebay and have had to file a payment dispute through my credit card. Ebay does not seem to care that these scammers are operating on their platformBe careful!” The seller doesn’t accept returns, hasn’t answered any of my messages and eBay says I need to wait until September 23rd to have eBay step in and refund. Does anyone know how to help me get my 500 bucks back?
