Weekly School of Social Work Questions

I am an intern at a living facility for people who are severely mentally ill and/or disabled. It has been bothering me that male residents have been gawking/staring at me. Dress code for the social workers is just jeans and a shirt.

I cover up (relaxed jeans and neck high loose shirts) but I have a large chest which is obvious and am in relatively good shape. Would it help matters any if I started wearing a sports bra and a loose polo? Maybe also a maxi skirt instead of jeans?

I spoke to my (female) field instructor and she was empathetic but essentially said it will happen at the same frequency regardless of how I dress.

What do all of you think?
