a team with both tartarg and hutao cannot function as well as it might seem on paper.

Hutao without xingqiu isn't at her full potential and actually holds back Xiangling and Tartaglia due to hutao not being Kazuha or sucrose, an anemo support that can buff Xiangling.

right now you can already just make a hutao Xingqiu + anyone team (diona + rosaria/sayu + thoma/ Zhongli albedo/ etc etc)

and a tartaglia bennett Xiangling sucrose team and you'll be fine in most abyss rotations.

Even if ganyu has a higher ceiling, C0 xiao is by no means so weak that be cannot clear abyss in a reasonable time.

Consider if you even have the characters to play ganyu teams. Xiao's best teams can be equally expensive with Zhongli/Albedo helping a lot.

Mona/Kokomi and Venti/Kazuha/Sucrose + diona/ rosaria if kokomi are the go to.

Melt ganyu is usually Zhongli bennett Xiangling, but that's your first team.
