Weekly Therapy Talk Thread

If a therapist says I can email her for scheduling purposes, and I have emailed her in the past and gotten a response, and I have emailed her twice to schedule a session and don't hear back, do I call her, or do I assume she doesn't want to work with me?

I've worked as a secretary before, my rule #1 was follow up, but the fear of rejection is confusing me. This is the somatic experiencing therapist. I saw her once and want to try another appointment. I am afraid I may have offended her when she brought up tapping (EFT) and I asked if that wasn't pseudoscience... so, okay, that was tactless of me. (But it is! It just has no plausible mechanism of action. I just think I should be allowed to ask questions about treatments being suggested to me.)
