Weekly White Board

Fair point, and technically all programs work if you follow them closely and you are trying to get better. Part of it is psychological, but my main criticism was that it was overly basic and would not work for most people who are committed to training and improving their athletic performance in the long term. TB might work great for beginners or for people who were previously not on a regimented training program for 1-2 years but the way it’s designed is to basic. But to the authors credit that was the whole point of the program. It was designed for LEO on swat teams and federal agencies tactical units to try and help them organize their training so they can be a well rounded athlete instead of randomly doing workouts before. It gave them some structure. The program also can work for advanced athletes with some heavy modification but the author correct in a general sense. Idk what your PT test was but if you were failing it outright you most likely had terrible training before or you were just a beginner so TB helped you. It’s not a bad program is just like never upgrading your 10 year old computer because “it worked well before.” Eventually it will get very slow and sometimes not work
