"Let is go, let it go, can't hold any mooooooore. Let it go, let it go-" Hope's mumbling of her favorite song was interrupted by the malicious presence entering her currently short range of sense. Almost immediately, Hope spun about on one foot and held an ornate katana towards Hiroko. The blade itself had been formed of reishi as she swung about, so it would have seemed to be pulled out of nothing itself.
"Hollows?..." The Quincy was questioning herself mostly. She jumped back from Zorra as she approached and walked into the Little Light Cafe. Hope tried to strech out her free arm to stop her, but couldn't reach. "Hey! You can't-" Again, she was interrupted by Hiroko questioning her about Johnny. "He knows about Johnny? These two are definitely Hollow, but they're humanoid... That only means one of two things. This was probably the one Johnny was talking about the other week."
"What do you want with us, Hollow?" She finally asked, raising her blade further and ignoring Hiroko's own question. Unlike normally, Hope was acting incredibly abrasive towards this man. If he had any sense for spiritual power, he'd be able to quickly tell that she was ready to fight at a moments notice. Even without that, he'd still be able to see the circuit like lines spreading across her arms and neck.
Hope was normally far more welcoming, but her experiences with Hollows throughout her life had sapped any sympathy she might have had for them. She just saw them as monsters that threatened her friends and the city. The fact Hiroko was a humanoid didn't help him in the slightest. Hope wasn't fool enough to believe that Hollows who looked more human were closer to them. "I'll give you one warning, leave now and go back to whatever hell you came from, and I won't force you back." For as solid as her gaze was, Hope's heart rate was actually starting to increase quite a bit. Any humanoid Hollows she'd had experience with had all possessed unimaginable strength and power. She wasn't sure if she'd be able to force him back, and keep everyone inside the Little Light safe. There was also the problem of that girl with him. She felt the same.
