This week's Q&A thread -- please read before asking or answering a question! - July 15, 2019

I don't know if this is the right way to ask something, im new to this site but here's the question:

During an exam i was asked to analyze the clause- Janice will give chris the bill tomorrow- in terms of the rank scale (clause, phrases/groups, words, morphemes) my analysis was Janice= noun phrase Will give= verb phrase Chris the bill= noun phrase Tomorrow = adverbial phrase alternatively i separated Chris and the bill into two different noun phrases My professor said both my analysis were wrong and failed me but didn't explain what part of the analysis was incorrect. My guess is that i might have misplaced the indirect object (Chris)
So now i was wondering if someone could explain which part was incorrect and maybe even explain how i should correctly analyse a text such as this one.
