Weighing yourself

Like yogilic, I don't even own a scale. I had the opposite problem as you for the longest time; I just wanted to live in denial, so I avoided scales completely for several months. The first WW weigh-in was heartbreaking: it was the highest number I've seen being weighed, ever. It was a huge wake up call though and I'm glad that I'm essentially forced to check my weight every week lol.

But yeah, I would say try to avoid checking every day, which is the opposite extreme of not checking at all. Like others have said, there are so many minute fluctuations that happen to our bodies there's no point in stressing about every 0.2 lb difference. If you could try to reduce to checking the scale 2, maybe 3 times a week, I think it would help a lot. Just like how checking MORE frequently has helped me.
