Weight classes

These are usually for women because it's a marketing choice. The weight loss process is absolutely the same and follows the same principles, but they are not advertised for men.

To lose weight you need to have a negative caloric balance. You either introduce less calories, and therefore you might want to talk with a dietician/nutritionist, or you increase your expenditure. In the second case, any form of training will provide benefits.

You do not need a "weight loss class", you just need to eat less/better and train. You can join any gym or start doing any sport activity.

Most of the time that will suffice, honestly. Feel free to ask for more info, as I understand a short answer on Reddit is not really enough.
