Weight loss advice?

Your problem is you don’t want it enough. I’m saying this from experience. I was the same as you. 200lbs at 5’7”. (90 kilos at 170cm). Got down to 150lbs (68 kilos) in a year.

But one day I had enough and just decided to lose weight. I put it in my mind and just did it. You have to want it. I can tell you do, just not enough. No matter how much you don’t want to workout everyday, just make yourself do it. Make yourself eat a healthier diet.

And most importantly, don’t stop!! Even if you quit for a week or two, just start again. Never feel like all is lost just because you quit for a couple of days. Just keep going.

You want it, but want it more and you’ll be successful. I’m telling you, this may sound simple but (most of the time for most people) it’s as easy as that.

A huge part of my success was p90x. Not only did it make me workout everyday, it taught me how and I could do it at home.
