Weight loss advice? Gotta lose 3,5-4kg in a month

i've been doing 16:8 since the end of november. i started it right out of the gates with keto [wouldn't recommend, i definitely struggled with hunger, but i stuck with it.] i was kinda accustomed to having a protein shake and a snack of some kind around 2 pm and a large meal for dinner. that's it.

this was my first time doing a tiny extended fast so i don't have much to compare it to. it was a little rough around when i was "supposed" to eat dinner [around 6 pm] but then i got hit with a surge of adrenaline. was a little hard to fall asleep, but when i woke up, i felt great. fasted for longer than i anticipated and had zero hunger the next day and even went for a run.

all i can say is supplement electrolytes [which you should already be doing on keto] and magnesium citrate as you will experience muscle spasms a bit. really important to stay busy -- play video games or clean your house or something. you don't realize how much of your day you spend thinking about food until you make a goal not to eat lmao.
