Weight Loss Options with BMI of 25.8

NAD… OP you’re just not fat enough for surgery.
There’s no quick fix or easy way to lose weight. You’re going to have to put in work and it will take time. I’ve lost 160 pounds and it took me 24 years. It’s been a battle of ups and downs but I never gave up and for the first time in my life, at the age of 40, I am not longer considered over weight.

Cultivate discipline and gradually change your life style. I would cut out bread/rice/pasta/sugar. That alone will see you shed some weight. Feel like binging? Eat a big ass salad. Feel like eating something at night? Gorge on some strawberries. Of course that wont sound good and you’ll realize you’re not hungry you’re just bored or stressed.

Do you exercise?
