This card seems so good to me. A two mana rock with a nice effect. And it's really cheap right now. I'm going to buy enough for one in almost any deck. Even decks that don't always care about artifacts could find it useful.

As you mentioned many decks (not just red) pack some removal that is for artifact/enchantment killing. Now I can use those to kill anything

Or your opponent plays an artifact sweeper like austere command. Before it goes away you use your torque one more time to make their commander an artifact too.

Maybe you're playing something like [[merfolk skydiver]] that steals artifacts. With this you can steal anything.

Plenty of other uses for this thing that at the absolute floor is a 2 mana rock
