Is it weird for me (F23) to sort of "vet" guys to see if they've dated women of my race before?

I didn't call you aggressive because you're a woman. I called you aggressive because you opened this discussion by calling me a liar. Your aggression is a fact.

It is ludicrous you don't think asian and white people don't have distinctive looks. If you look at Chris Hemsworth, you're not going to think he looks asian. On the contrary, if you had to describe Taeyang, you'd probably call him asian-looking. Of course, 'Asians' is a wide term (one that the OP adopted, btw). And yes, Asians can look wildly different to each other. But to share they don't share enough characteristics to group them, or at least group pockets of them into small sub-categories, is wilfully ignoring reality.

You're trying to paint me as this white misogynist male just because I have a different opinion to you. In truth, I'm an Asian male that migrated from Vietnam to Australia. So I have dealt with my fair share of racism. Heavy racism. The type that got my father bashed because a customer at his milk bar thought he couldn't read the terms and conditions on chocolate bar competition. I'm also fortunate enough to be in a position where I can act in pro bono cases for migrants who lack access to justice. Among those cases are defending migrant wives who are abused by their husbands.

So don't treat me like a bad person just because I have a different opinion to you. You speak a lot about diversity, so maybe take this opportunity to embrace it.
