Is it weird that I’m 17f and still enjoy stuffed toys and “childlike” things?

As the other person said, there's an age range where teens/young adults reject certain hobbies, interests, likes etc. I'm 27, my husbands 30. I collect model horses and was made fun of it and boxed them up for my teen years. My husband put away his pokemon stuff. Now our living room has shelves with model horses and his cards are all stored on the bottom of the coffee table.

I have ADHD and sensory disorder(yes, they usually misdiagnose adhd with SPD, I unfortunately suffer from both) and certain textures I just vibe with, so I get that part. Usually it's comforting. Something smooth and soft? Gotta touch. Then I gotta touch my lips. It's fucking weird, I know. But there's some sensory shit I just can't help. And that's totally okay. I own it now. I'm weird, haha. I also cannot open a bottle of Tylenol and take the fluffy stuff out or I'll be cringing for a few hours.

Embrace who you are.
