My guess would be its just someone whos not-all-there, very specific but I have seen a few channels overtime usually with poorly drawn fanart avatars/videos containing fanart etc made by people clearly on the spectrum, also the obsession with old cartoons, clasky csupo for example has come up on a load of them which it has in this one too.
As for the horror edits, again, seen similar before, i don't know where its stems from but it seems to be quite popular to edit clasky csupo/cartoons etc into these creepy horror tidbits
I know this isn't really helpful i have no idea where it all stems from if someone started it and it became a very niche trend maybe, but I have seen a few channels like this before which were often run by children/young teens
