Use the time to reflect, and try to keep your head up high. Does it suck? Hell yeah it does. I didn’t make it my first shot either, and know some fantastic people who didn’t make it until their 3-4th time. :)

But in my experience, the SrA who don’t make it the first go around and have an extra year or two under their belts tend to make better NCOs. You’ll have more work experience, know how to write good packages if you practice with your supervisor, you’ve probably had enough supervisors to know what is good and what sucks as a SrA (ie you won’t be a shitty mean supervisor), and you’re able to comfort people later in your career who are going through exactly what you are right now.
