That's how things become habits though. You'd be concerned if someone you loved started getting blackout drunk every week even if they only started a few weeks ago, right? It's a dangerous coping mechanism that doesn't help the root issue.

I saw in your other comment that your on-campus therapists are usually full. Is there some sort of drop-in day where you can show up to talk to someone? If not, please at least contact a help line and look up the negative effects of bulimia, like tooth decay if you need some more reasons to stop. I'd hate to see this develop into an even bigger issue.

Throwing up won't negate the binging, it'll only make it worse. The only way to deal with binging is to actually deal with it.
