Wellness Weekend

Stuck with my normal diet. Back down 203 as a result. No hypoglycemia or anxiety. Just eating normally and exercising a bit more (taking stairs at work)

I honestly think starvation mode is real, but not in the way you think.

Scenario one: a small breakfast like 2 eggs and a sausage patty, eat a good piece of meat and veggies for lunch, bigger servings of veggies and meat for dinner and some apples as snacks.

Scenario two: a protein bar for breakfast, a sandwich for lunch, a coke and two chocolate bars a little later since you're shaking, a sandwich for dinner, a double quarter pounder for second dinner (maybe with fries) since you don't feel good.
