Wellness Weekend

I'm 2 pounds over my ideal weight, and 10 pounds over my target weight. I need to be at a lower weight to prevent diabetes. I've been practicing intermittent fasting for 8 months and have dropped 20 pounds. I've made big changes to my diet and I'm doing pretty well.

The hardest thing though is I don't exercise enough. I live in a very small house strewn with baby toys. I used to go run in the park and such, and run up the slides carrying my kid, but now it's cold and rainy. The warmest time of the day is also when I am at my most productive at my work and end up sitting down.

The worst thing though is when I sit down to work, I do so after lunch, which is my only substantial meal of the day (no breakfast and light dinner). I am busy parenting all morning, and only when my kid goes down for a nap can I cook food, and then I eat and sit down to work. It works well for productivity, but i really want to just be on my feet for 20 minutes after a meal, which feels like a huge luxury and will interrupt my workflow.

I'd just like to lose the 10 pounds and get my pre-baby body hack. I'm so close and it feels so difficult.
