Welp, I'm done with recovery since my waist is now almost 30" around.

you just have to change your mindset. you’re clearly skinny and probably look awesome!! you have to remind yourself that you’re at a healthy weight, and that’s a good thing. you are not fat at all, it’s okay to have fat on your body though. that’s good for you.

I’m positive if you compared yourself to models and actresses that are skinny, you look like them! and if you feel you don’t, maybe try eating healthier and lifting some weights. seriously, those changes can make a huge difference in how someone’s body looks. but it will take time for you to get used to being at a healthy weight, but seriously the benefits of that are going to be amazing

focus on the reasons why you started to recover. focus on things you want in your future, things you want to experience, places you want to go, etc. all those things will require you to be healthy and through that you will find happiness and peace. but it will take a while, it’s a hard journey but I’m so proud of you for already starting. you are so strong for that, please do not give up!!

there are pro-recovery places you can post and maybe even find a buddy to talk to! and this time it’ll be a good buddy who truly cares about you and your health. your life is really just starting when you start recovery and it will only go up from there. just remember how strong you are, and how far you’ve come. recovery is more about just gaining weight. you’ll gain health, energy, wellness, happiness, peace and more! focus on those things, not the weight.

you can still stay healthy through recovery, you don’t have to gain a bunch of weight cause then you might just pick up binge eating disorder or something. just eat healthy and try to maintain the weight your at, you may even decide on your own to gain weight for your health or aesthetic reasons. who knows! just please, please stay healthy and strong! you can do this!
