Went to the ER over a hernia last year, doctor told me that it's not a hernia and is just new muscle growing, have continued working out and it's only gotten worse, who can I sue?

Dude when I first got it, it was VERY noticeable, and is even more so now, a literal bulge coming out of my belly button, I explained that it's probably a hernia because I was doing sit-ups and all of a sudden I felt a lot of pain and seen swelling in my lower right abdomen and a huge bulge in my belly button, telling me I don't have a hernia until I'm diagnosed is stupid, I don't need a carpenter to tell me I have a leaky roof. The doctor was 100% negligent, I am more than certain that it is a hernia and I do not need a diagnosis to figure that out, I need a diagnoses if I want treatment or if I want to pursue legal action, not to know if I have something that I know I have. You don't need to be a doctor to know you have a hernia, I've literally researched them the whole past year and have not found anything else that it could be, it's definitely a hernia and fit's the description. And it is definitely not a pulled muscle, I've had plenty of those and know what they are. You don't need a doctor to diagnose you with something as obvious as the hernia I have, unless pursuing legal action or getting it fixed, and yes actually, getting a hernia surgery later on requires a larger surgery if the hernia get's worse, and I've seen tons of people say they still feel pains from it years later even after the surgery, also recovery time is longer when it get's worse. And blaming other people? I blame the doctor that didn't diagnose me in the first place, as I should, because I kept doing exercises that are horrible for it (besides sit-ups) and it progressively got worse.
