You're kinda missing my point about the words "self portrait" and taking my comment as an opinion about something else. Its true, art is subjective. Obviously. But so is your education and certification, so we can ignore those cliches. And taking pictures of abandoned spaces is really easy. So is appearing in the shot. Literally anyone who wanders can produce such "work", regardless of how passionate they are. It's sort of intrinsic that the title I refer to requires more than the bare minimum. So we can agree pics like these dont require much if any, work. Or, in my opinion, the reference. But don't worry about me "blocking myself from any type if interpretation". Because my comment was just a small sample of that very thing, even though it wasn't ever that deep to begin with.
