I think I'm starting to see a pattern now. About the true issue behind "toxic masculinity."

Society is trying to break the backbone of men by brainwashing them. They say the masculine traits are toxic and blabla. As a result, men now no longer know what it means by "crossing the line" or "having some core values worth betting life on". I mean no disrespect but a guy in 1950 would walk away after 1/3 of the bs OP had to suffer. Yet even the army strict life couldn’t make OP change his mind about his wife.

Be a man and know your worth. Have your personal view towards life and live by them. And only by embracing masculinity, you can do that. Or else your just a sheep of the society.
