Were you always Christian, or did you have a moment of sudden change/realization later on in your life?

I was agnostic growing up, atheist in middle school and high school, and then Jesus saved me when I was 16. I wasn’t mature in my walk then obviously, but others still noticed a difference in me. One memorable moment that “proved” my salvation for me was when my mom and I got into it a few months after I accepted Christ. We’ve never had a good relationship and since middle school we frequently got into arguments and screaming fits. This time though I just didn’t want to, not in a “I’m tired, don’t want to deal with this” way. It’s hard to describe because it was the Holy Spirit, I was just unnaturally calm. My mom continued to yell and tried to get a reaction out of me, but when I wasn’t acting how she wanted she yelled, “Who are you? You use to fight me back!” and in my mind I thought, “Why would you want me to fight you??” It’s amazing how illogical sin can be once you’re saved lol
