West Goshen road rage killer of 18 year old turns himself in

I am going to start by saying the killer seemingly no matter what reacted in a criminal way & committed a major crime that took a life seemingly unjustly.

The media & police seem to be covering up the angle this image seemingly exposes. The image clearly shows the red truck is being rammed from behind with the red truck half on the curb seemingly riding the guardrail @ high speed.

When I saw the original press conference the police said the truck was in the lane that had to merge & was ending. I was under the impression that non merging lanes are often supposed to yield to the forced merging lanes. IMO it seems the deceased possibly was acting very aggressive & not only the aggressive gun criminal that seems to have unjustly shot her.

I was not there, but if a person is on a guardrail as is being shown in the image I posted then they would likely feel like they were in a life or death situation. I must add taking a hand off the wheel to shoot another car is not a safe, wise, nor likely a legal option in such a scenario.

It seems possible the killer turned himself in because him & his attorney know the image of the truck on the guardrail being hit from behind plays in their favor to some degree, unless a railroading happens in court that tosses such an image of him seemingly being forced off the road.

First degree murder I do not see, but could be a reality if other information leads clear to premeditation. I do see hot headed non premeditated killing of some criminal sort.
