West Virginia Guardsman Still Serving Long After Pleading Guilty to Jan. 6 Riot Charge

@sw0llenEyeBall you’d have to ask Jag how that occurred. If she was full time the majority of her guard career which would mean she’d fall under title 32 or even title 10. You’d have to ask how that all works with their security clearance while they’re undergoing trial, court dates etc. I feel as though the commander could pull a security clearance with cause etc, there’s a lot of info missing. She pleaded guilty and convicted in a court of law and that matters, but there’s many legalities involved here other than the abstract 10,000 foot view written by you. Not judging, there’s just so much information missing and feels as though it’s a hit piece.

Is this person a piece of shit? Yes, and they were convicted in a court of law. But without all the info about the rest of it’s hard to speculate.
