What -- if anything -- would be enough to make you overlook a significant lack of physical beauty in a potential romantic partner?

I think that personality traits can actually make a person more physically attractive to you as you get to know them. High intelligence can be sexy, so can a good (and compatible) sense of humor. Empathy, kindness, and strong (and again, compatible lol) ethics can make someone more attractive.

To be honest, if I personally found someone very, very unattractive, they would have to be SO amazing that they wouldn't even want me cause I would not be equally as amazing lol. Really poor hygiene is insurmountable, sorry.

Hopefully we all get old and wrinkly and end up wearing velcro sneakers and monochrome track suits made out of that weird plasticy cloth material. Physical attractiveness doesn't matter then, but everything else does.
