What do you think?

I'm going to link a pic of something the Greek philosopher Epicurus once stated.

Here's the rub: if there is a Creator of any type (this is an assumption made using your statements above), and he just makes everything up and then ignores what happens, then he's guilty of criminal negligence at best, or of intentional infliction of pain and misery at worst.

Let's say that I create a wood and metal contraption that has a razor sharp, weighted blade that quickly drops through a framework with a hole in it the approximate size of the average person's head, and then leave that contraption on a playground typically used by small grade-school children in some kind of "experiment" that those children are supposed to somehow avoid it or fix things so that it cannot affect them. Now, let's say these kids are your typical curious little primates, and start fucking around with my little experiment.

What kind of person am I for creating a situation, plopping it down with a bunch of innocents, and then sitting back, taking notes, and just watching what happens? Given our laws in most nations, I'm probably going to prison for what happens.

If your Creator stacks the deck against humanity and creates shit like bone cancer, or tapeworms, or wet macular degeneration, or diabetes, or ducks that rape other ducks with prehensile penises, or worms that impregnate other worms by literally ripping their genitals apart and eventually killing them, then your Creator is a psychopathic mother fucker and deserves no consideration whatsoever. He has created a system in which there are horrific things happening, all just so we can figure them out? Yeah... he's a sociopath of the worst sort then.
