What do you think about asking %15 raise?

It helps if they can't refuse, if you have another job lines up for example. I made 3 requests that they could not refuse. 1 because I had another job lined up, and 2 because they were not following the law.

In all 3 cases they made a huge stink of it. And in the cases they weren't following the law, the stink they made was even greater.

Just saying that no matter how nice they seem, when push comes the shove, they work for their own bottom line, not yours. Sometimes they had plans already and asking just set these plans into working that would otherwise have not started. I've seen that 2 times when people asked for a fixed contract and got it.
