I’ve never heard of something like “we are canceling this rock concert because it’s against religion” in an Orthodox country

Because Orthodox countries are much more under western influence than Islam countries.
In EO, you won't find much liking for rock, metal from priests and monks... The only difference is that the word does not get out there due to too strong liberalism and secularism which is not as big of a thing in TUR.

We also use veils in EO. The girl in the photo.
But again, you won't find it in the streets due to very libelar society, it was a thing with all women before communism tho.
EO has a dressing code for both man and women.
