What to do about old task supervisor (NASW Code of Ethics)

I no longer work there, I left on good terms with the clinic but not with her, and she doesn't have much pull over that. The client who was violated? I was his group facilitator. I saw the kid devolve over time in treatment with her and others reported that she had done similar things with her clients and they had to constantly debrief the clients on falsehoods she spread about mandating agencies. I get that it's not my role, but this is blaring injustice. I get that the client's saying this in group is just hearsay on a very conservative estimation, but multiple clinicians experienced the same thing with people she was in some way connected with clinically.
