What do you know about your workplace that you are not supposed to know?

I work in the HR department of a large mining company. I am not high up, only at an Officer level, but still privy to everyone's information including salary, bonuses, drug tests, complaints raised about people like sexual harassment etc. and it's just expected of me that I don't look in those files, even though I literally have my own office. So....obviously I look... I've found a lot of dodgy stuff including an agreement between the CEO and the CFO where it is stated that the CFO did not have to do mandatory drug testing like everyone else, weird...

It actually SUCKS to know what everyone is being paid, no one is equal even when in the exact same position.
