How girls are allowed to blatantly talk about a guy and the features they like about him

If a group of guys at your job ranked all the female co-workers by the size of their tits, ass and how attractive they are, they'd either be fired or sent to some sensitivity training or some shit. Meanwhile as a gay guy, girls often pull me into their group and once I'm in I find out they do the exact same thing but never get in trouble for it.

It makes no sense. I've been in so many group chats where they will stalk men in their lives on facebook/instagram/twitter and rank them by attractiveness and say some really creepy stuff. Some of the stuff I've seen them say would get men fired if they said something similar.
