Yeah, for me dating is all about risks and tolls.

I quit smoking weed last year and that made me unable to connect with a lot of my friends who smoke regularly. I also am on really good money (I graduated university last year and moved back to my hometown) and a lot of my friends, believe it or not, stopped speaking to me because of that. So it is hard because I don't have many 'real' friends around me. I'm not too bothered as I believe I'm my own best friend. But I didn't pick my friends wisely when I was younger I suppose. I have made some new friends here and there but I don't have that close bond with them, they kind of message me when they want to go out and that's it.

I am happy to take a break from dating though, especially apps. It's exhausting. Thing is, I do get a lot of matches who then begin to find me on social media and message me so I never seem to get away from it.
