What is an inside joke you have with your friends, and how did it start?

There’s a really shitty PC monitor and and keyboard which has keys in the wrong place, broken buttons etc. The joke is that one day all this stuff is going to be moved to where I sit and they all take the piss. A few days ago I got up from my PC to scan some work in which involved me leaving the room. I locked my PC because I knew those little shots would fuck with it. (Forgot to mention today I sat at a different spot because I noticed they put the useless equipment at my usual PC) not even a minute later I walked in to find my chair had been changed to the shit one and my keyboard was now the busted up broken one.

Few days later we decided to give the idea to some other guys that they should do it to another person in our group as he had left the room to go into the workshop. They ended up shorting the monitor because they’re ducking retarded and deleted all of his work. He came back got pissed and decided to report them to a member of staff and got us to give a witness statement. Now half the class hates us because they gotta pay for a replacement monitor and one more step out of line and they’re removed from the course.

TLDR: We get very bored...
