What are the benefits of owning a Ritz Carlton/St. Regis residence?

Honestly, re-read this comment and I really don’t know why you are giving advice on this because it does not seem like you are particularly familiar with how these branded residences work.

It does depend on the country you are in. Even if it is an international brand the bussiness is at the mercy of local policy and laws.

It does not for any of the residences mentioned. The benefits Marriott, Four Seasons, Mandarin Oriental, etc awards are the same regardless of which country you are in. There is an exception for Chinese branded residences but this is a thread about Ritz Carlton and St. Regis residences.

As well as the services and perks that they offer some in certain cities have higher points of service for residential properties.

The OP is about benefits provided at a corporate level. It goes without saying that different buildings will offer different services lol.

Your best bet would be to talk to concerierg or better yet GM of the hotel over a reddit forum, lol.

My best bet would be talking to a concierge or GM that works for a franchisee, not Marriott corporate, about what Marriott corporate does for niche purchasers? Why lol…

There are usually only a handful of branded residences in these properties unless it’s a standalone (in which case, there is no GM lol).

I think it’s totally reasonable to ask about Marriott branded residences in a Marriott subreddit lol. I definitely got more info out of posting this question online (especially on FT) than I would have from talking to a random general manager or concierge that has nothing to do with this lol.
