What are the best content mills to write for in 2016? And ones that don't ask for ID?

Hi Roseswildflowers,

I don't know your circumstances, but I would say to steer clear of Content Mills. On the surface, they appear as a good way to make quick money, but eventually you're going to get burned out from writing so many articles for little profit. You can also get stuck in something called "content mill hell" where you end up in a cycle of needing the money from content mill work to keep paying rent while also experiencing the stress of writing so much for little money.

For me, I started on Blogmutt. It took me one article to realize the quality of my work could be used to better my services than that. Set up your portfolio, write a sample article and send out some cold emails. And also research, research, research! I've googled so much I'm starting to think Google is googling me! There's vast amounts of information on how to get started while avoiding content mills and bidding sites.

Lastly, have patience. I'm eager to get started as a writer and making money, but I'm biding my time and learning all that I can. I'm not sure what your niche is but I am a copywriter and so I'm currently going through lessons via CopyHour.com and learning the Gary Halbert technique.
