What are the best powermoves you’ve ever seen someone do in real life?

We all know that basic bio/psych 101 shit, and the relevant takeaway is still that dopamine directly causes happiness.

You're projecting your fears about addiction and dependency to whine about the edge cases where weak-minded losers end up damaging their neurochemistry because all they do is flood dopamine, which is a TINY fraction of people who indulge in an intoxicant.

You are fearful about mind-altering substances because of your family experiences. You may be able to justify teetotaling as the safest route for you, but it's objectively less enjoyable for anyone with 2 neurons of willpower to scrape together.

You can preach about your hands-across-the-water masochistic asceticism all you want, just like I can ridicule it for the self-limiting irrational phobia it is. I'm not preventing anyone from living their lives just like you're not -- these are just impotent anonymous shitposts, there is no need to be upset!
