If security is holding you back from flying, it’s not always horrible.

The TSA really varies depending on the time of day, airport, and agent. Some are completely fine others act like you’re the reason for all of their stress. Unless they do something heinous, which I haven’t had happen to me thankfully, they’re usually relatively tame.

When it comes to flying, the security part really doesn’t need to be as stressful as it’s made out to be. I try my hardest not to let anyone intimidate me into freaking out when it’s just not necessary.

People behind me huffing and puffing if I take 5 seconds instead of 2 can suck it up and wait. TSA trying to rush you, when you’re going as fast as you’re able to, can also suck it up and wait.

You just need to ignore a lot of the noise in most cases.
