What are DevOps issues that nobody talks about?

That everyone else is grumpy because you’re not fast enough, but they can’t do it themselves

This hits right in the feels...

We recently started working on a new project with completely new tech (for us) and my team was suppose to prepare some deployment scripts... They finally reach out and tell me there is a repository with all the needed yamls ready (we are k8s focused), I look at it and it's some docker-compose config automatically generated by some random app from Github (so clearly they also don't understand deployment process yet).

I tell them this is no good (converters like kompose are useless) and I have to write everything from scratch anyway and they are all confused, cause it were suppose to be yamls and they worked hard on those (I imagine lol ) :/
