What are the differences in guns used by military, law enforcement, and civilians?

You’re absolutely correct, got my amendments mixed up there. I was mainly just trying to convey that gun laws regarding civilians and military will vary hugely depending on your country/continent/political situation.

Regarding America: From my knowledge (which could easily be wrong) I believed America had the least restrictions regarding civilian gun laws relative to military laws, making the difference between ‘military guns’ and ‘civilian guns’ rather small. But I absolutely could be wrong as In not from America and don’t know that much about gun laws (barring what we see in media)

in general I actually imagine military gun laws are far more strict than civilian ones in america (much more training, trigger discipline, de-escalation techniques) but once again, I’m European, I know fuck all about guns, I’m likely wrong :)
