Terrified of AAA. Just found out I’ve had high blood pressure even though I’m 25, and it’s driving me crazy. There’s a swollen vein pulsing in my hand that everyone says not to worry about but it’s weird. Now there’s pain in my sides and it’s just getting worse and worse to handle. I tell myself it’s because I ran through a side stitch the other day, but then all I think is, “would that really last days?” I can’t stop thinking and reading trying to find proof that it’s not what I have. It’s supposedly very rare for young people but I’ve been a drinking, smoking, sedentary idiot the last couple years and I fear I screwed myself over.
